In order to help the customers, we have provided a floating payment schedule, which includes instalments evenly distributed in time. Only the first instalment is fixed - 30 percent of the price. The other instalments are determined by the customer and the latest one should be paid on the same day of forming the title deed.

100 % on signing of the preliminary contract
The discount of the price will be  5 %!

Regarding the financial instability of many potential customers, we are ready, besides the stated in the site payment schedules to offer another one, namely:

1. 30% first installment
2. By the end of October 2010 another 20% / possibility for one installment of 20% or two installments of 10% /
3. From November 2010 to November 2011 / one year after the building of the complex/ we propose installment plan of payment of the remaining 50% without any increased costs.
4. If, however, and after this period, the customer still has to pay amounts from November 2011 to November 2016, for a period of 5 years, we can discuss about a payment schedule regarding the rest payment. The rate of interest will be the average for Bulgaria but reduced with 1%.

It will be a discount on the purchasing of 3 /three/ or more apartments.
